  • 2 tsp Matcha tea
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 g butter + 10 g (mold)
White or golden sesame seedsFor the glaze:
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2/4 drops of red food coloring
  • 1 tbsp water approximately
