1- In a casserole, pour your tomato sauce, thyme, garlic, and pepper pieces, salt lightly then add your turmeric, bring to a boil, pour in your drained beans then let simmer gently covered for 15 minutes.
2- In a small dish pour the soy sauce a little olive oil and a good grind of pepper (no salt) then arrange your prawn tails in a short marinade for 15 minutes on each side.
3- When it's time to eat, heat your plancha, then when it's hot place your tails, cook 3 minutes on each side while drizzling a little of the marinade.
Arrange harmoniously on your hot plates your beans and place your prawn tails, all of this should be served very hot.
