Ingredients for 4 servings

  • Soissons Beans and Grilled Prawns for 4 people:
  • 1 jar of Soissons Beans cooked naturally 720 g
  • (420 g drained)
  • 20 cl homemade tomato sauce
  • 80 g yellow and red candied peppers cut into small dice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric (Madagascar if possible)
  • 1 clove of garlic, degermed and finely chopped
  • a little lemon thyme flowers
  • salt
  • 16 beautiful "organic" prawn tails, peeled and raw with the vein removed (or high quality frozen)
  • freshly ground pepper and olive oil
  • 1 dash of soy sauce (Kikkoman style)
