Ingredients for 6 servings
- Pasta in Boucheleur mode for 4 to 6 people:
- 500 g of Bouchot mussels, well cleaned
- 40 cl of Charentais white wine (if possible)
- 20 cl of liquid cream (30%)
- 4 grey shallots, minced
- some fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- some lemon thyme flowers
- 300 g of pasta of your choice
- freshly ground pepper
- oyster plant leaves (if you can find them)
- a splash of white Pineau
