  • Pasta in Boucheleur mode for 4 to 6 people:
  • 500 g of Bouchot mussels, well cleaned
  • 40 cl of Charentais white wine (if possible)
  • 20 cl of liquid cream (30%)
  • 4 grey shallots, minced
  • some fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • some lemon thyme flowers
  • 300 g of pasta of your choice
  • freshly ground pepper
  • oyster plant leaves (if you can find them)
  • a splash of white Pineau
