In the rice steamer cook the rice the day before in 2 cups of water with vinegar and sugar it's easier
remove film and keep cool
Prepare all ingredients separately
Toast the seeds
Prepare the omelette with seaweed garlic salt pepper cut into strips lengthwise
assembly
place the nori sheet shiny side facing the makis mat
spread 3/4 with rice
place a line of sesame another of carrot one of omelette one of sprouted seeds and another of beetroot
hold the roll firmly
Cut in half then in quarters you get eight makis
make the second one with the following ingredients
seeds salad avocado sesame carrot omelette and beetroot
