  • 1 bunch basil sliced ( keep some for decoration )
  • 6 tablespoons tomato paste
  • chili powder (for decoration)
  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • 12 sheets fresh lasagna noodles (no pre-cooking)
  • 200 ml liquid crème fraîche
  • 100 g grated gouda (or gruyère)
  • Salt, ground pepper
