Ingredients for 12 servings

for the chocolate mousse:

1 bar of dark chocolate Dessert
1/2 can of condensed milk
3 tbsp of chopped hazelnuts
100 g of butter
2 tsp of instant coffee
2 eggs

for the pineapple mousse:

1/2 can of condensed milk
500 g of canned pineapple
2 eggs

Step-by-step directions

1/ Pass the pineapple through a food mill or mixer to obtain a puree.
2/ Add the milk and egg yolks, mix well then add the egg whites beaten until stiff and fold in gently.
Fill the glasses and refrigerate.
3/ Melt the chocolate with the butter.
Off the heat add the egg yolks, the milk, and the instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp of water.
4/ Beat and add the egg whites until stiff.
Remove the glasses from the fridge, fill them with chocolate mousse and refrigerate again.
decorate and serve very cold!!
