Ingredients for 8 servings

For a pâté or terrine serving 8 people:
  • 500 g of pork liver, well cleaned and chopped
  • 600 g of peasant fat bacon, chopped
  • a few strips of fat bacon
  • 500 g of good quality prunes
  • 200 g of organic blonde raisins (Corinth)
  • 1 beautiful apple: Reine de Reinettes for example
  • 1 dl of warm meat jelly (use organic meat jelly in sachets)
  • 13 g of salt, freshly ground pepper and 1 tablespoon of mixed spices
