Ingredients for 4 servings

FILLETS:
  • 4 salmon fillets of 150/200 grams depending on appetite.
  • 4 tablespoons of good olive oil.
  • 8 thick slices of lemon.
Salt, pepper.
  • 4 lengths of 50cm of reinforced aluminum foil.
SAUCE:
  • 50 cl of crème fraîche.
  • 2 tablespoons of strong Dijon mustard.
  • 1 nice bunch of chives finely chopped.
