  • glazed green apple quarters for 6 to 8 people:
  • 1 kg of green apples (granny smith) peeled, cored and cut into 8 quarters per apple.
  • 2 star anise (badiane)
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 30 cl of orange juice
  • 90 g of raisins
  • 1/2 bottle of jurançon (35 cl)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
