Ingredients for 6 servings
- 7 or 8 potatoes
- 8 thin slices of bacon
- 150 g of emmental cheese
- 1 goat cheese
- 3 whole eggs
- 20 cl of crème fraîche
- salt and ground pepper
- 1 puff pastry
1 - Cook the potatoes in water or steam.
2 - Preheat your oven to thermostat 6/7
3 - Line a mold with bacon slices. Then add your grated emmental cheese.
4 - Cut your potatoes into slices and place them on the cheese, and finally add the goat cheese cut into slices.
5 - Beat the cream in a large bowl with the eggs, salt and pepper, pour into your mold.
6 - Cover with puff pastry on top like a tarte tatin and prick it.
7 - Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
and there you have it unmold your quiche tatin upside down onto a serving plate and serve with a nice green salad.
