Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 gr of fresh meat ravioli
- beef broth
- liquid cream
- mustard
- herbs
- 10cl of liquid cream
- 1 cl of cognac
- parmesan
prepare a light roux
moisten with 7dl of broth
add the mustard (2 teaspoons)
incorporate the herbs to taste
salt, pepper.
add the fresh raw ravioli and 1 cl of cognac
sprinkle generously with grated parmesan
bake at approximately 210° for about 12 min.
serve
