Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 200 g of well-washed soja sprouts
  • 150 g of small chanterelles just wiped with stems cut
  • 30 g of pitted green olives roughly crushed
  • 30 g of candied tomato cut into small strips
  • 8 cl of "olive oil infusion"
  • 5 cl of rice vinegar (if possible)
  • a few dashes of slightly spicy tomato sauce (or ketchup of the same type)
  • salt and a little Espelette or Cayenne powder
