Ingredients for 4 servings
- 8 brick sheets.
- 8 tsp of spread paste.(nutella for me)
- 1 can of pineapple slices in syrup.
- 8 tsp of coconut.
- 30 gr of butter.
1* drain and cut 4 pineapple slices into small cubes. brush the brick sheets with melted butter, fold them in half, then fold them once more to obtain a rectangle. place at one of their ends 1tsp of spread paste, 1tsp of grated coconut and the pineapple cubes. fold into samosas.
2* place on a plate covered with parchment paper and cook 6 to 8 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°.
3* blend the remaining pineapple slices with 15cl of their syrup and the lemon juice. serve this coulis with the hot samosas.
