Ingredients for 6 servings

  • This is a nice dessert for the Saint Valentin (so for 2) ; the proportions below are for 6 (much easier to prepare for 6) but you can store 4 of them into the freezer
  • You need 6 small individual soufflé moulds made of china or Teflon coated
½ lb excellent black chocolate (+70% cocoa)
  • 1/3 lb caster sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 7 fl oz milk
  • 10 fl oz liquid cream (30% fat +)
