Ingredients for 4 servings
- It can weigh between 300 to 800 g.
- Roasted Pineapple tomato and bouchot mussels for 4 people:
- 2 beautiful untreated "Pineapple" tomatoes from the garden if possible, 300 to 400 g
- their stems removed and cut in half lengthwise.
- 2 or 3 heirloom tomatoes, their stems removed, blanched and then cut into large chunks
- 3 cloves of garlic, germ removed and cut into fine slices
- 24 bouchot mussels, well cleaned
- salt and ground pepper
- thyme (lemon thyme if possible)
- olive oil
