Ingredients
- 40 cherry tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- salt
- pepper
- Filo pastry
1- Start by preheating the oven to a low temperature, thermostat 4 or between 110 degrees
2- Rinse your cherry tomatoes and dry them, pour them into a salad bowl by sprinkling them with olive oil, and add a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar.
3- Mix everything and spread them on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 1 hour.
4- Once ready, let them cool.
5- Cut the filo pastry into rectangles of 5 by 12 cm (depending on the size of the tomatoes).
6- Quickly cover them with olive oil and wrap the cherry tomatoes to give them a sweet candy appearance.
7- Place them on a baking tray and directly in an oven thermostat 6 or 7 (190° to 200°) until they are golden and crispy.
8- Serve with salsa or tzatziki accompanied by a glass of Chablis.
