Ingredients for 3 servings
- 1 mango
- 3 apricots
- 2 plain yogurts
- Powdered sugar
- 6 Breton pancakes
Blend the mangoes to obtain a puree.
Rinse and drain the apricots then cut them into small cubes.
In a salad bowl, mix the yogurts, sugar and apricot cubes (reserve a few).
Reduce the Breton pancakes into crumbs.
In 3 transparent glasses, layer: a little mango puree, a few cookie crumbs, the yogurt with apricots, the rest of the mango puree, a few apricot cubes then the rest of the cakes.
Refrigerate and serve very cold
