The common mistake: using standard sandwich bread that falls apart when it meets the sauce. Choose extra-soft bread instead, it holds up better. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, a knife inserted should come out clean.Ingredients for 6 servings
- 14 slices of sandwich bread (extra soft natural for me)
- 8 slices of white ham
- 3 eggs
- 0.8 cup (20 cl) of liquid cream
- 2.1 oz (60 g) of roquefort
- grated parmesan
- salt
- pepper
