Ingredients for 6 servings
- 180 g (6.25 oz) of flour
- 3 eggs
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of sugar (I used brown sugar for color)
- 150 g (5.25 oz) of butter (15% fat)
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of M&M's
1 Blend the M&M's.
2 Cheerfully mix all the ingredients together, including the blended M&M's.
3 Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
4 Pour the batter into a cake tin covered with parchment paper.
5 Bake for 40 minutes.
