Ingredients for 6 servings
- 7 oz (200 g) of whole liquid cream
- 0.8 cup (20 cl) of milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 9 oz (260 g) of sugar
- 4.25 oz (120 g) of cornstarch
- Sufficient quantity of pears to place at the bottom of the dish
1 Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C);
2 In a bowl, mix the sugar and cornstarch.
3 Mix in a mixer the milk and cream, the sugar and cornstarch.
4 Add the eggs and egg yolks and continue to mix.
5 In an oven-safe dish, butter it, place the pears and pour the mixer preparation.
6 Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
Delicious with a chocolate coulis.
