Ingredients for 6 servings
- 200 g (7 oz) of whole liquid cream
- 20 cl (0.8 cup) of milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 260 g (9 oz) of sugar
- 120 g (4.25 oz) of cornstarch
- Sufficient quantity of pears to place at the bottom of the dish
1 Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F);
2 In a bowl, mix the sugar and cornstarch.
3 Mix in a mixer the milk and cream, the sugar and cornstarch.
4 Add the eggs and egg yolks and continue to mix.
5 In an oven-safe dish, butter it, place the pears and pour the mixer preparation.
6 Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 35 minutes.
Delicious with a chocolate coulis.
