Ingredients for 4 servings
- 50 cl (2.1 cups) of rice milk
- 8 slices of gingerbread
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1 handful of puffed rice
- 1 small teaspoon of agar agar
1 Put the milk, agave syrup and agar agar in the saucepan and mix.
2 Let it cool slightly and add the cut slices of gingerbread until boiling and wait 2 minutes.
3 Pour into glasses and let cool.
4 Store in the fridge for 1 hour
