Step-by-step directions
1 Put the milk, agave syrup and agar agar in the saucepan and mix.
2 Let it cool slightly and add the cut slices of gingerbread until boiling and wait 2 minutes.
3 Pour into glasses and let cool.
4 Store in the fridge for 1 hour

Recipe to try. I would simply like to have some clarifications before giving the real green light. What can replace rice milk? What is puffed rice? And try to give us exact weights (baking requires it) I must also specify that you should not use more than 2g of agar-agar to make your recipe.
