Ingredients
Delicious with Yogurt and Lime ingredients
the juice of 2 limes + 1 grated zest
2 plain yogurts with bifidus
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
5.25 oz (150 g) of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2.6 oz (75 g) of flour
2.6 oz (75 g) of cornstarch
1/2 packet of baking powder
1.75 oz (50 g) of chocolate chips
Step-by-step directions
pour into a bowl the juice of the limes and the zest, add the yogurts, mix using a spatula. separate the egg whites from the yolks, divide into two bowls. add to the yogurts the yolks, 3.5 oz (100g) of sugar, the vanilla sugar and whisk until the mixture whitens. in a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and pour them in a stream into the preparation. stir gently. preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C) (th. 6). using the whisk, whip the egg whites into stiff peaks with the salt. add the remaining sugar and whisk again until they are very firm. fold the whites into the preparation by lifting gently, and add the chocolate chips. pour the batter into the mold and bake for 25 minutes. let rest for 25 minutes. let the cake rest for 10 minutes before unmolding, and enjoy warm.
