Recipe: Lemon Yogurt Cake
Step-by-step directions
1 Preheat the oven to 355°F (180 °C).
2 In the mixing bowl combine the yogurt with the 2 measures of sugar.
3 Incorporate the eggs and flour as follows: 2 pots of flour - 1 egg - 2 pots of flour - 1 egg - 1 pot of flour - 1 egg.
4 Remove the zest of an untreated lemon as well as its juice.
5 Add to the mixture the oil, baking powder, lemon zest and vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
6 Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
7 Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F (180 °C).
