1 Preheat the oven to 355°F (180 °C).
2 Soak the raisins in tea for 20 minutes.
3 Meanwhile, place the eggs in a bowl.
4 Add 5 tablespoons of Splenda sucralose powder, whole milk and whipped cream. Whisk well. Set aside.
5 Pour the orange juice into a saucepan.
6 Add 2 tablespoons of Splenda sucralose powder. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
7 Drain the raisins and add them to the mixture.
8 Mix the preparation with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
9 Pour the "caramelized" orange juice into the flan mold.
10 Add the raisin mixture.
11 Bake in the oven, in a water bath, for 40 minutes.
12 Let cool before serving
