Ingredients for 4 servings
- 600 g (21 oz) of strawberries
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1 pot of vanilla ice cream
- 200 g (7 oz) of sugar
- 200 g (7 oz) of salted butter
- 4 tablespoons of liquid crème fraîche
Start with the caramel:
1 Pour 200 g (7 oz) of sugar into a saucepan and cook over low heat, until it melts and takes on a brown color
2 When the sugar browns, add the butter and stir constantly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
3 Remove from heat and add the crème fraîche
4 Pour into a jar and refrigerate.
5 Cut the strawberries in half, pour them into a bowl, add the honey and mix.
Place them in glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6 After 30 minutes of resting, proceed with the presentation by placing a scoop of ice cream on the strawberries and pour caramel on top according to your preference.
