Strawberries are seasonal fruits and ice cream is a must during summer. The idea of combining the two was obvious to symbolize a summer dessert. It's fresh and it's light, everything we love in summer.

  • 1 pot of vanilla ice cream
For the caramel sauce:
  • 7 oz (200 g) of sugar
  • 7 oz (200 g) of salted butter
  • 4 tablespoons of liquid crème fraîche
