1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Butter a round cake pan, arrange the pineapple slices at the bottom then prepare a caramel.
3 To do this, melt the butter, sugar and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Once the mixture is lightly caramelized, pour it over the pineapples at the bottom of the pan.
4 Then prepare the yogurt cake. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, then after rinsing it, use it as a measuring glass.
5 Add the sugar and eggs to the yogurt then mix until you obtain a fluffy mixture.
6 Then incorporate the flour, baking powder, rum and oil.
7 Pour the mixture into the pan over the pineapples. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
8 When it comes out of the oven, wait about fifteen minutes before removing it from the pan.
And there you have it, quick and delicious!
