- 125 g of caster sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 small packet of baking powder
- 2 grains of salt
- 250 g of flour
- The cream for the inside:
- 2 egg yolks
- 65 g of caster sugar
- 40 g of flour or cornstarch
- ¼ liter of whole milk
- 50 g of "organic" almond powder
- Egg wash
- 1 yolk mixed with a little water
- 2 to 3 cl of rum (optional)
