- 250 g (8.75 oz) of flour
- The cream for the inside:
- 2 egg yolks
- 65 g (2.25 oz) of caster sugar
- 40 g (1.4 oz) of flour or cornstarch
- ¼ liter of whole milk
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of "organic" almond powder
- Egg wash
- 1 yolk mixed with a little water
- 2 to 3 cl (1 fl oz) of rum (optional)
