Ingredients
- Ingredients for 1 glass of 20 cl (0.8 cup):
- 160 g (5.75 oz) of carrots (for 8 cl (0.3 cup) of juice)
- 2 medium oranges (for 12 cl (0.5 cup) of juice)
Peel and wash the carrots. Cut them into large pieces and pass them through a centrifuge.
Press the oranges and strain the juice
through a fine sieve.
Mix the two juices and serve in a glass.
