Step-by-step directions
Peel and wash the carrots. Cut them into large pieces and pass them through a centrifuge.
Press the oranges and strain the juice
through a fine sieve.
Mix the two juices and serve in a glass.

A summer recipe that will be even better if you find carrots from Créances that are particularly sweet. For a nice presentation, dip the rim of your empty glasses in lemon juice and place them on semolina sugar, pour your mixture into your glasses, then at the last moment add a dash of grenadine.
