A shortcut on your phone for one-tap access.
How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar or white vinegar if unavailable for me
1 tablespoon of sugar
sprouted seeds broccoli alfalfa soja of your choice
2 farm or organic eggs
1 tablespoon seaweed
1 pinch of garlic for the omelette
2 carrots cut into sticks lengthwise
beetroot
salad leaf
1 avocado
1 small glass of black or blonde sesame
1 tablespoon of flax seeds toasted in a pan
make the sauce with
soy sauce sesame oil crushed chili
