Ingredients
- 2 nori sheets
- 2 cups of thai rice for me
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar or white vinegar if unavailable for me
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- sprouted seeds broccoli alfalfa soja of your choice
- 2 farm or organic eggs
- 1 tablespoon seaweed
- 1 pinch of garlic for the omelette
- 2 carrots cut into sticks lengthwise
- beetroot
- salad leaf
- 1 avocado
- 1 small glass of black or blonde sesame
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds toasted in a pan
- make the sauce with
- soy sauce sesame oil crushed chili
- confit garlic or if unavailable sauté with oil add a little water
