Ingredients for 6 servings
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of Butter
- 200 g (7 oz) of Sugar
- 200 g (7 oz) of Almond Powder
1 Beat the Eggs and Sugar.
2 Melt the Butter then add it to the Mixture and mix.
3 Add the Almond Powder Little by Little then Mix
4 Put in the Oven at 200°C (390°F) for 25 Minutes.
I made it yesterday afternoon and I can tell you it was delicious!
It is a very soft cake on which I advise you to put powdered sugar for decoration.
