  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) grated cheddar
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • cooking oven 480°F (250°c), 8/9, 15 minutes
