Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 beau melon
- 4 à 6 tr. jambon cru
- 3 oeufs
- 1.1 cups (25 cl) crème
- 1 rouleau pâte brisée
Step-by-step recipe
- pre cook the pastry
- cut the melon into thick slices, pan fry these slices in a little butter and place them on absorbent paper to remove the juice.
- arrange the melon slices on the tart alternating with raw ham cut into small pieces.
- beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper
cover the melon slices with this mixture.
- put in oven 180° for 30 minutes
serve warm or cold.

Excellent recipe my little trick make small melon balls with a parisienne spoon then pan fry for 2 minutes in a little butter and oil add a little cane sugar and a drop of liqueur wine and let caramelize for 1 minute, then make your recipe, congratulations again for this innovative recipe.
