  • 1.4 fl oz (4 cl) of cider vinegar
  • 0.3 cup (7 cl) of hazelnut oil
  • fine salt and freshly ground pepper
  • half-salted butter and rapeseed oil
  • fresh herbs or spring onion greens
  • small "cherry" tomatoes from the garden
