Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300 g (10.5 oz) of young green beans trimmed and rinsed
- 150 g (5.25 oz) of small chanterelles stems removed and just wiped
- 4 cl (1.4 fl oz) of cider vinegar
- 7 cl (0.3 cup) of hazelnut oil
- fine salt and freshly ground pepper
- half-salted butter and rapeseed oil
- fresh herbs or spring onion greens
- small "cherry" tomatoes from the garden
