Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 black Crimean tomato
- 1 green zebra tomato
- 1 Andes horn tomato
- 2 small red onions (bunch)
- 1/2 yellow lemon
- 7 oz (200 g) fresh salmon
- a few toasted black sesame seeds
- a few breadsticks
- 4 tbsp soy sauce (kikkoman)
- drizzle of olive oil
- salt
Step-by-step recipe
1 Cut the salmon into small cubes and marinate them in soy sauce.
2 Rinse and slice the tomatoes very thinly, alternate them on the plates then sprinkle with thin onion slices.
3 Salt lightly and drizzle with olive oil.
4 Arrange the marinated salmon also on the plate. Add a few drops of lemon and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
5 Serve with a few breadsticks for crunchiness.
