Ingredients for 6 servings
- 7 oz (200 g) of homemade or artisanal shortcrust pastry
- 1 dl of organic maple syrup (or liquid honey)
- 1.1 oz (30 g) of cornstarch
- 1.7 fl oz (5 cl) of cold whole milk
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of good butter
- 3.5 oz (100 g) of roasted chopped almonds
