Ingredients for 6 servings
- or canned pineapple
- or canned peaches
- or canned pears
- or canned apricots
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl (0.8 cup) of liquid crème fraîche
- 4 heaping tablespoons of sugar
- 1 grated lemon
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 Spread the puff pastry in a buttered tart dish.
2 Place the chosen fruit on top, cut into pieces.
3 In a bowl, mix: eggs, crème fraîche, sugar, grated lemon, one sachet of vanilla sugar, alcohol.
4 Pour the mixture over the fruit. Add the sliced almonds and sprinkle the remaining vanilla sugar sachet.
5 Bake at 425°F (220°C (430°F)) - approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
6 The tart should be golden on top. Enjoy your fruit tart hot or cold.
