Ingredients

Grand Ma's orange flavoured sponge cake:
  • Quickly made, I am sure that all the family will enjoy them.
Orange sponge cake for a medium size tin :
  • 150g of caster sugar: 120g + 30g for the bottom of the tin
  • 80g corn flour/starch: 50g + 30g for the bottom of the tin
  • 50g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs: 4 egg yolk and 4 egg whites
  • 30g of sugar lumps
  • 3g of salt
  • 1 orange
  • 4cl of "Grand Marnier" or "Cointreau" (optional)
