Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 Plaice from Petits Bateaux just gutted and scraped
- 50 g rice flour
- 2 limes peeled to the flesh with segments detached
- 12 Italian capers "Pantellera"
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- olive oil and butter 1/2 Salt
1- Remove your baking sheet from the oven and preheat it to 210°(th7).
2- On the baking sheet place 2 nice knobs of butter with a drizzle of oil.
3- On your cutting board salt and pepper then flour them and place on your baking sheet.
4- When your oven reaches temperature put your baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes of cooking then turn off the oven and let rest for an additional 15 minutes.
5- Place your fish on large yellow plates with half the capers in the center with your lime segments press on the pulp (juice) and pour the cooking liquid from your fish over it.
