Ingredients
rhubarb-orange-lemon jams:
- 1 kg of rhubarb
- 1 orange and 1 untreated lemon
- 1 kg of brown sugar
cut all the fruits into small pieces
put them in the jam pan
cover with sugar
let rest for 24 hours in a cool place
the next day cook for 30 minutes over low heat!
let rest again until evening
cook again for 15 minutes
put the hot preparation into jars
close and turn them over for sterilization
