  • 6 small round garden tomatoes peeled and cut in half
  • Parmesan
  • 1 plate with flour
  • 1 plate with a beaten egg and a dash of olive oil
  • 1 plate with freshly grated parmesan mixed with breadcrumbs.
  • olive oil and a knob of butter
  • 1 dash of lime juice.
  • rosemary and garlic slivers
  • salt and freshly ground pepper.
