Ingredients for 8 servings
- 300 g of golden raisins
- 20 cl of tea
- 3 eggs + 6 yolks
- 3/4 l of whole milk
- 7 heaping tablespoons of Splenda sucralose powder
- juice of 2 oranges
1- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2- Soak the raisins in tea for 20 minutes.
3- Meanwhile, place the eggs in a bowl.
4- Add 5 tablespoons of Splenda sucralose powder, whole milk and whipped cream. Whisk well. Set aside.
5- Pour the orange juice into a saucepan.
6- Add 2 tablespoons of Splenda sucralose powder. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
7- Drain the raisins and add them to the mixture.
8- Mix the preparation with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
9- Pour the "caramelized" orange juice into the flan mold.
10- Add the raisin mixture.
11- Bake in the oven, in a water bath, for 40 minutes.
12- Let cool before serving
