Ingredients for 8 servings
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 g type 45 flour
- 1 pot sour cream or 80 g butter
- 1 packet baking powder
- black or white grapes (I prefer not to remove the seeds)
Preheat the oven to 180°
In the mixer, whiten the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the flour and cream or softened butter.
Beat again.
Butter a baking sheet (approximately 37cm by 27cm).
Spread the batter.
Sprinkle with numerous grape seeds (the seeds should almost touch each other if you want a moist cake).
I advise not removing the grape seeds to avoid softening the batter too much.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
Bake for 30 minutes
