  • 180 g flour
  • 150 g brown alter eco sugar (you can of course use white or blonde sugar)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 peeled pears cut into pieces
  • 1.5 packet of baking powder
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
The cream:
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 120 g coconut
  • 1 egg + 1 white
