Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- lemon zest
- a packet of baking powder
- a cup (coffee) of milk
- a cup (coffee) of anise
- a cup (coffee) of olive oil
1/ In a bowl, beat the three egg yolks with the sugar.
2/ Add the lemon zest, the cup of milk, the cup of anise and stir the mixture.
3/ Add the flour and baking powder, work everything together and add the three egg whites beaten until stiff peaks form.
4/ Pour in a cup of olive oil and stir.
5/ Preheat the oven and bake at 180°C until the batter is cooked.
