Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 100 g chocolate
- 50 g butter
- For decoration
- chocolate eggs, gold leaf and seasonal fruits
1- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and a little water. Gently add the flour while stirring with a spatula.
2- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Incorporate a quarter of the whites and beat the batter strongly. Then gently add the remaining whites (as you would for chocolate mousse).
3- Sprinkle the bottom of a silicone mold with powdered sugar, pour the batter into it and cook at 750 W power for 7 minutes in the microwave. Let cool to room temperature and unmold. Cover it with the glaze below. A good soft chocolate cake for Easter accompanied by fruit.
Glaze preparation:
4- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate broken into pieces and the butter in thin slices over low heat.
5- Mix until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Tips: For an even more indulgent cake, add crushed almonds or hazelnuts, dried grapes, or other dried fruits. This cake can be frozen.
