Ingredients for 8 servings
- eggs 7 of 60 gr
- sugar 250 g
- flour 200 g
- baking powder 1/2 packet
- 1 pinch of salt
1/ Preheat the oven to thermostat (5) 150 degrees.
2/ Add the sugar to the egg yolks and work until the mixture forms a ribbon.
3/ Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4/ Mix the baking powder with the flour, add part of the flour to the egg yolks then a portion of egg whites by gently folding. Repeat to mix everything in 2 or 3 times.
5/ Pour immediately into the mold, and bake in a gentle oven for 40 minutes.
6/ Turn out hot onto a cooling rack.
