Ingredients for 6 servings
- 100 g chestnut flour
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of rum
- 1/2 glass of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1- Whip the two egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
2- Mix the other ingredients, gently add the egg whites
bake. 10 minutes cooking time for small tartlet molds
3- Hot frosting with apple jelly with chocolate or other
