Ingredients for 8 servings
- 125 g of caster sugar
- 125 g of 55%+ chocolate
- 125 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 eggs
- 90 g of dry coconut powder
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and
mix the yolks with the sugar until pale.
Melt the butter with the chocolate then add the flour and incorporate the yolks and add the tablespoons of cocoa.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form then fold gently into the mixture, add the grated coconut
Butter the mold.
Pour your batter and bake
45 min at 180 degrees
You can also decorate with white chocolate icing and cut the cake into domino shapes.
