Ingredients for 1 servings
- Bacon (one thick slice)
- Vegetables (here: carrot, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, shallot, garlic)
1- Cut the vegetables as you wish
2- Salt and pepper the vegetables.
3- Steam cooking for approximately 20 minutes. I have two-tier steaming pots, I cooked the bacon below the vegetables so it releases some of its flavor to the vegetables placed just above.
Steam cooking allows you to cook quickly without adding any fat, without loss of flavor and with limited loss of vitamins and minerals.
