Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 dl white wine
- 1 pinch of garam masala
- a few finely chopped borage leaves
- salt
1- Place the sea bass fillets in an oven-safe dish, add olive oil, wine, salt, and garam masala.
2- Cover with orange slices. On top, place aluminum foil and put in the oven at thermostat 7° for 20 minutes.
3- When the fillets are cooked, place them on serving plates with the oranges and sprinkle with borage.
Fresh borage has a delicious oyster flavor with fish
Serve immediately.
